Analytics settings
May we collect optional statistics to improve the free check and measure which campaigns lead to completed checks and sign-ups? Google Sheets stores these separately from email permissions, without your email, property address or full postcode.
If you allow analytics, we use a random tab reference, steps visited, broad result and rating groups, reduced geography and source/campaign labels. We do not send your certificate number or raw answers.
We only count activity after you allow analytics. Declining or withdrawing stops future collection; it does not remove statistics already received.
Individual events become eligible for aggregation and removal after one hour. Processing and hourly cleanup remove them; failed or delayed jobs can delay removal. Duplicate-event identifiers expire after 24 hours. Aggregates are kept for up to 90 days after their reporting period ends, and may be removed earlier. Reports hide small groups.
